Foreclosures and Financing

Hi..forum..Im very interested in purchasing a pre-foreclosure in hopes of fixing it up and reselling it quickly. I have some basic questions about financing.. I did some research on the financing aspect..it seems that if you have good enough fico scores you can qualify for 100% financing...is this true?? Secondly, I found out that much of the closing costs can be put into the loan from a mortgage lender..is there any truth to this?
