Where are some good sources to find fresh foreclosure or fsbo listings then other than the web?

if the legal newspaper for your county is online, you can see them there. I checked online last week when the foreclosures came out, and its free. Its not as nice as buying a foreclosure report, with all the info (plus extra info) nice and pretty in an Excel spreadsheet but if time is of the essence you could make do with that and do some of your own research.

Hey riz I am not sure what your local paper is down there but I would try to see if you can find it online. Up here we have the Everett herald online and I just look everyday in the legal notice section and different trustee companies will list properties going to the court house. Hope this helps!!

Why go to a list that everyone can see for a fee, you are only increasing your competion. You money is better spent on marketing yourself and your services to those who are in need of them.
Those lists are way outdated anyways.

yes that is true, it is the same in WA everything is online or in your local paper. Make sure to check every day though because different trust companies list on different days!!
