Foreclosure listing Ideas

Yes,

I am a newbie and learning more and more everyday. However, I have run iinto a possible gold mine and need some ideas on how to shovel out the info to help me invest in forclosure properties.
At the building where my office is, a friend mentioned that a particular company (a "go-between" for banks and properties being foreclosed) that has huge information that would enable me to get first dibs at trying to assume some mortgages. He also said that people are always trying to access this information through these companies (and they might give me a "boot"wink, and that I needed to find a better way to get ahold of the lists!! confused
Any Ideas, or am I taking the wrong route? cool grin

I would suggest contacting some of the top trustee's in California, you can find this information by looking at the legal publication and searching them on the net. Many trustees' have web sites and provide free list or email sign ups.

I would also suggest reading many of the post here and you will find more information that answers your question.

I would also suggest joining this evenings chat session.
