You will have to pay a service for the list.
Put "atlanta foreclosure list" in your search engine and there are several options.
The county does not conduct the sale and has no vested interest in it so does not provide a list.
However many counties have their tax lien sales on line.

I don't believe you can get them weekly. You can get them monthly from the resource listed earlier.
