Foreclosure Law Where To Find?
Can anyone tell me where I can find foreclosure laws for New York .I surf the web can't find anything that makes since. If you have a url just give the name to the website. unless you have reached sr status for posting urls. thanks wanna b :-S

Can tell you where to look...
Go to your county's foreclosure court house (circuit court?) web site. There will be a section call foreclosure sales/auctions etc. - and in that section they will mention which statutes of the state's law they are following - pull up NY state's official website and go and look up that statutes.
That's the way I researched my state's laws... if someone else got a better one - I will be glad to hear it too!
