Flipping Pre-Foreclosures In California??
I wanted to find out what type of documents you need to flip pre-foreclosures in California. From my readings It seems that you need a contract called a Equity Purchase Agreement. Also California code of 1695 makes it hard to assign this document. Anyone have any feedback on this? Can't you use a regular california purchase contract and a assignment contract to do flips here? How are investors in Cali doing such flips??
