FHA Must Wait 3 Months Before Sale "foreclosed Properties"
If you buy a house at the foreclosure FHA wants you to hold the property for at least 3 months to tender the title, any body know how I can get around this. FHA also wants to know how much I paid for the house at the foreclosure, and they do not want to loan more on the house than what I paid at the auction. Has any body ran into this. Please give me some options.
