Eviction Process In Pa

Is it true that if I have to evict a homeowner who’s house I bought at a foreclosure, I will have to pay for their moving cost at the time of eviction?

If so does anyone know the max amount I could have to pay?

Also does anyone know when I can first gain legal access to the property to, at a minimum take pictures? Do I need to wait until the eviction occurs?
