Economical Title Search Agencies In New Jersey
Hi, Can anyone guide me to reliable Title Search Agencies in NJ that do not charge an arm and a leg. In my own house closing, I spent few hundred dollars as closing fees. Now that I intend to be in REI biz. it appears a considerable lot. Thanks QM

Title searches typically run between $75-125 (just the search not the insurance). If you want something cheaper you might want to run an ad for freelance title work for $20 an hour and wait for the phone to ring. If you want something cheaper than that, spend some time at your courthouse and learn to do it yourself.
Thanks for the response. Speaking of the expenses, what are the normal Attorney charges. Assuming that i start with a sub2 deal to begin with.
