does anybody do short sales in NYC area?
I am new to the REI world and am avidly studying short sales and want to know if short sales are harder to do in the NYC area than other places? Everything I read about short sales usually involve single family residences which pretty much don't exist in this area. Should I forget about this area and try starting elsewhere?
im in nyc i never did a short sale nor does anyone else i know.
