Does Age Matter To The Homeowner?

Hi all,

I am coming up on my senior year in college and i am really looking at becoming a real estate investor dealing mostly with pre-forclosures. I have been doing alot of research on the subject of investing in real estate and think that i can be very good at it ( but who doesnt[:D]). But being that i am 20 and look young i feel that alot of homeowners wont take me serious when we meet to discuss the options that they have in this difficult time in their life. Anyone out here have any advice for me about dealing with homeowners and helping them get pass my age when we first meet? thanks alot

April M.

I started when I was 22. I looked very young so I grew some facial hair and it helped.

But basically (like it was said) it all comes down to how you present yourself and your confidence and knowledge.

Get out there and do it!

    Hey Robert,

Thanks alot for replying. thats seems to be the general idea arounf here. If you present yourself correctly people will take you serious. I am happy to hear that you are having great success at such a young age. Hopefully i will be getting tothat stage in a few months.

    Best Wishes,
    April
