Condominiums In Pre Or Forclosure
How does one go about finding Condominiums in the pre-forclosure or foreclosure stage & making an offer on them.
Has anyone been able to do this in the NYC/LI/NJ area??
Also, how hard is it to gain approval from the Condominium Association of the building once you place a bid?
