Client In Foreclosure Trouble!

I have a client who owns 7 rental properties he is about to lose 3 of them in foreclosure his personal home is worth 400k only has 252 against it I am not sure how to help him. I keep hitting brick walls every where I turn any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I can help your client refinance his rental properties to help save them.

    Regretfully,
    I doubt that was the only county that happens in...seems like a legitimate scam an investor would come up with..
    doesnt seem like something anyone would care too much about since it it doesnt hurt anyone much..
