Capital Gains Tax.........Wholesaling
My question is: Does a investor pay capital gains tax on the contract he assigns and recieves a profit for. I have researced the articles on 1031's and have not found a clear answer. I do not intend to find a like property or upgrade.
Any profit you make on an investment property is taxable.
