BPO For Short Sale
I am negotiating a short sale with the bank. Bank wants to send an appraiser for doing inside BPO. Is it necessary for me to be present at the time of BPO. If yes, please give me an idea as to how to influence appraiser to reduce the value. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
