Banks Selling To Banks ( Pre & Foreclosure)
I've worked with some of these banks that would sell properties to other mortgage co ( washington mutal ) buy alot from other banks and then sell it for less than what was owed at the time of the foreclosure. Do they get a great buy on these? And how do they determine a value on these homes? Hope it's not just on (bpo's)? Thanks for any input. Mike[ Edited by gambler on Date 08/27/2003 ]
