Anyone Ever Deal With Radian Guaranty On An REO?
I made my initial offer a week ago and still no response from Radian. Do they have a track record of slow responses in negotiations? Anything else I can expect to run into? I'm sure someone here has worked with them before.
Radian Guaranty is a private mortgage insurance company... presumably working in conjunction with the (former)mortgagee to mitigate additional loss.
They are interested in a quick sale, so a cash, contingency free offer would be better received than would an offer that contained a mortgage contingency.
