Hi guys, Just got a lead and was looking for suggestions from all you pros. FMV 145K FIRST BALANCE 111K (1075/MO PITI) 4K IN ARREARS SECOND BALANCE 26K (391/MO) 2.5K IN ARREARS Was thinking about trying to short the second and assume the first. any ideas, suggestions, or advice would be much appreciated.[ Edited by RRIDL21 on Date 07/03/2004 ]
