My friend is a dealer for an outfit called Cavco and works primariily in the Riverside area. As for me, I have checked into manufactured homes and have found some to be of "high quality" and others to be quite "poor." Nevertheless, financing should not be a problem. P.S. Countrywide and Indymac are two lenders who have funds for such a home.
