Why No Financing Forum?
I know there is a credit repair and a mortgage investing forum, but why is there no financing forum? Maybe we can discuss what offers we are getting to finance investment properties, what lenders are doing what programs (ie. no seasoning), etc. I think financing is an important part of a real estate investors business.
