How About A "Wanted" Section
How about a Wanted section, much like the TCI realty, for the investors wanting to pick up properties, this way birddogs can get in, take a look, and forward any info to the investor? I know this would be used by me daily

This is very similar to the feature I suggested so I second this request.
Obviously more features cost money so we need to think of a way to help raise money to pay for these improvements. I know that after just one deal any cost would be minimal. The problem is that 95% of the people on here have yet to purchase a property....
I agree 100%.
I am SURE there are people out there with deals which others here would LOVE to invest in.

I Figure, Instead of having all these "birddogs" or investors posting topics like. "Investors wanted" or "birddogs wanted" Everyones wishes can come true with a sections specifically for this. Also, there are times myself when i Have a property i have to pass up for one reason or another, and want to assign it, and this would make the world go a little rounder

I think what we would do in the future is to save your search for the TCIRealty area, once those kind of properties become available, you will get an email or something like that.
That is actually a pretty good idea. I search that thing daily. As long as you can have multiple searches saved. I look at more than one daily.
