Four NEW Features On TCI/PropBot. What Are Your Thoughts?
By and large, the new features will be called "Favorites".
1. Favorite Searches: You will be able to add in your favorite searches into our system. We will send out a notification daily to you when a new property is in your search Criteria.
2. Favorite Prospects: you will be able to upload your buyers lists into our system or simply add a PropBot/TCI user to your own Favorite prospect list. Our system will alert your prospects immediately when you have added in a property into our system.
3. Favorite Members: this will allow you to save other members to your Favorite members list. When a favorite members of yours adds in a property, you get notified of that update. There will be a 12 hour delay in notification to give your Favorite Prospects first dibs.
4. Favorite Properties: you will be able to flag specific properties as your favorites. If the property comes down in price or is changed, you get notified. This will also be 12 hour delayed to give your Prospects first dibs.
