TCI VERSION 2.0

Just to give you guys a update. It looks like TCIRealty v2.0 will be included with a lot of other upgrades to the website as well. I am shooting for the end of this month as the update time, but I won't post it until it is ready.

1. TCIRealty v 2.0 will be included for you to locate investment properties by location and or zipcode.

2. User Location customization. How would you like to get updates and notifications of local REI happenings. With this update you will be able to.

3. Occupation customization. TCI will also be more customized to how you invest in Real Estate. Whether you purchase mortgages, tax liens, or are a landlord, you will now get the website that is geared specifically to you!

4. Upgraded Lender Finder. This will be a more searchable database for the specific loan that you are looking for.

See this months poll to participate!!!

What about adding a search to the realty portion that is property specific and not state specific? i.e. multi units etc.?

There is. It is called the Advanced Search. If the pull down menu doesn't list any multi units, then there isn't any multi units in your area to do a search on.

We built the search engine so you will always come up with a result.
