Email Option
When you post a new thread, you have the option to be "Notify by email when replies are posted". However, when you post a reply to someones post, you dont have that option. There have been times when I have posted on someone else thread and wanted to know when someone posted after me. This is good when I am interested to see what other people say, when I too posted a question even though it was in reply to a current thread, or when I ask the original poster to give me details. By having the option to receive emails when someone replies, I can decide which posts I make that I will be notified. This will help me know when I NEED to come back to the site.
Can someone work on this? This should be a simple fix since there already is the option as an original thread poster.

We used to have a finance forum and it was overrun by people loan hawking and lender fishing.
That is what the Lenders area is all about.
List them in the properties area.
I just think it would be easier to have a forum where people listed possible deals, and networked. I am in search of large real estate protfolios and have posted on other boards and made some great connections.
Listing the properties within the properties area allows you to build portfolios if you wish to sell them all. And fully document them as well.
Simply state in the property description that this property is one of X and then include the file attachments that lists the other properties.
Then give out the webpage to your prospective buyers:
http://www.PropBot.com/tonycannon
DO NOT put urls in your property description, as the property will be demoted within the searches.
