Accountability
It seems there is a need for forums talking about specific lenders/prop managers/ realtors etc and being able to rank them and critique their performance. Give the ability to search for the specific person and read what people have to say. This would be invaluable to those trying to do research on specific brokers, lenders, realtors etc.
