Employment Agencies
Has anyone ever tried to get workers (skilled or unskilled) from employment agencies to work on rehabs? I'm mostly thinking about cleaning, painting, etc. Someone told me that you can get skilled and unskilled laborers fairly cheap using an employment agency. They also take care of all the insurnace.

Many of them are also filled with convicts that are only looking for temp work in order to satisfy a judge while they are in between court dates.

When I was small in contracting I would bring my own people to the agency, get them on through the agency and then they paid al the comp and insurance and I paid the agency and they worked for me
