Different Gurus And This Website
Hey Moderators, I am not sure where to post this so I am putting it here. I was wondering if a new feature could be added to the website: a place to rank Gurus. Everyday, and I mean everyday, there is a post that reads something like this "I was wondering if anyone know anything about Joe Smith's book/seminar/coaching/etc.. " What I was thinking was the members would be allowed to enter a score from 1 to 10 and some comments for each Guru. They could also add a Guru to the list, but maybe a Moderator would have to approve the name before it went public. It could also be used for books or software. I think this would really clean up the forums and help people not waste their money. What do you think?

I think that is a great idea. I think it would be a great place to weed out the true gurus from the chumps. Just my 2 cents worth.
I'd love it. Most of my questions are regarding advice on gurus and their methodology/techniques.
I have been searching for some time for a source for a viable, valid systemic approach to real estate investing. I have looked at Ron LeGrande, Carleton Sheets, Ron Allen, you know, there are a ton of these guys out there. Does anyone have anything particularly good or bad about any of them? Does this website have a favorite? I saw a Robert Allen link, but it didn't work? Please help.
