Why Canada? What kind of dollar amount are you talking about?
The exchange rate is a little bit more favorable in that area. Their are also better properties to choose from up their. The amount that I am looking for is $300,000 and up. The return that I can offer will depend on the amount invested. Any more question just ask.

That is actually incorrect the exchange rate as of aug. 21 was 1us= 1.0647can. You can check it for yourself on yahoo at :

The US dollar is currently weak against the Canadian dollar ....my statement is correct....lol
are there any isses of foriegn ownership like in the US or Mexxico?
Which part or what city in Canada eh?
And do you have any particular projects in mind? Any experience with managing such properties? One of the rules for this special forum is sufficient specificity that we can at least start to evaluate the viability of the investment. Other than a favorable exchange rate why should we invest with YOU in this market?
