Looking For An Investor To Hold A 30k Note @ 10% IO
looking for a passive investor. I have a two family in Albany NY with a private loan that is willing the take a short to get out. Need to buy them out quickly and i am illiquid. Would like a 10% Interest Only for 5 years. Looking to go private as banks cant move fast and too much paperwork for a 30k loan.
Have you tryed www.Prosper.com? If you have good credit, you might be able to get a lower rate.
