Hello. I am a note broker. I am in dire need of an investor who is willing to buy a note worth 3.2 million in Mexico located on a resort. The terms are great, but no one will bite being that it is located in Mexico. Investor can become part owner in resort once they buy the note. The note pays off in three months.
