Closing Partner ( 2 Deals 35% LTV & 65% LTV)
2 Terrific Deal lined up with lots of equity 35% LTV and 65% LTV on the other. Loan is already preapproved. Looking for closing partner to fund closing cost with profit split when property is flipped. Lender can close in 10 days.

funny, I was just looking into this. It was a company in AZ, but I forgot it now.
What I want is to monetize a leased stand by letter of credit (SBLC), that I can use the cash. This company will not let you do that. It is only to be used as a credit enhancement for the project.
Beware, lots of crooks in this market segment.
