Seeking Investor
Hello everyone, I am a new to real estate investing and looking to make some new contacts. I have a property that I am interested in flipping but I need to find an investor to put up 45K. Looking for 6 month term, interest only payments, ballon at end. 10-15% return. Interested in any investing clubs in NJ or looking for possible mentoring relationship.
