Good Debt Consolidation?
I currently have 4 properties w/equity but probably no possiblity of a refi do to recent credit score drop. Drop in credit score is due to the 55k in revolving accts. i have racked up during my last rehab project.
Has anyone used or heard anything positive about any of the debt negotiation companies. I know there are many that have huge claims, but just need one with real results.
You can try a HELOC. Some banks will lend eveb with high debt ratio if they know it is investment property. Try taking equity from one to pay down or off the debt.
