Experian Is Way Off Base
I have been having a problem with experian. They seem to have a bad habit of merging my bureau with this other guy in my area with the same name. The other two bureaus occasionally do this but often resolved after a few disputes. But experian puts it right back on there after it is successfully disputed. I was even able to get copies of judgements with this other guys social and prove to them there is an error. All is well for a few months then back with the wrong posts. Any suggestions?
At this juncture, lawsuits sound interesting AND potentially profitable. Libel comes to mind.
