Enough Money To Clear Debt, How Should I Proceed?
Due to luck I now have enough cash to payoff my debt. From reading the forums I have learned that just sending a check to the collection agencies is not enough.
Should I first hire a lawyer to put my money into escrow, only releasing funds after my credit is cleared? All of my accounts are charge offs and I want to completely removed them from my account.
How do I rebuild credit? I want to buy a home in the next 2 years?

You can actually do damage to your credit if you pay debts off, believe it or not. You need to make certain the creditors are reporting the right info.
