Credir Repair / Unsubmitted Claims To HMO

3 $130 Dr Fees for 3 seperate emergency room visits by my daughter in 2000 appeared on my credit report and my loan was turned down. I paid the bills and between thehealth care insurance company HMO that covers we UAW members , and the collection agencies whom I paid I can't find out who is lying. HMO claims the bills were not submitted for payment, while all the collection agencies claim the HMO claimed they didn't know who my daughter was. I believe the collection agencies because the HMO paid all other related fees for the dates service was provided such as ambulance, e.r. visit and lab tests ect, but it took them until 2002 to pay them! I called trw and they are investigating these disputes. I am covered for 100% of e.r. visits and feel this HMO has neglected these bills, ruining my credit, to increase profits and implimant co-pay. How best do I get this removed as my 578 score is holding me down and without this I should be 700 plus?

    Medusa52,

I know this is a pain in the A$$...

but...(pun intended) YOU have got to dispute this claim with all 3 credit reporting agencies and have them resolve ThisProblem...

    This will take some time...

    ...so be prepared!

    ....as always,
