I am in NH (Jaffrey) and I just found this forum the other day as well. Maybe we can team up to try and find some deals. There does not seem to be many people from our neck of the woods on this forum.

I live over in Loudon and am in a similar investing mode as you according to the post I read that you had written. I'm putting my house on the market in a few weeks and have recently bought a 2 family with a friend of mine. It's all in his name currently but after the sale of my house we'll execute a deed conveying me a 50% ownership in the property. This will be held by a real estate lawyer I know and not recorded so we don't trigger the "due on sale " clause in his mortgage. I'm going to be moving into one of the units and managing the property. I'll then immediately get pre-approved for a mortgage and begin looking for a rehab project to get started ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's***y partner has the cash for down payments and rehab and I'll have the debt to income ratios needed to qualify to do this.We expect to rehab 2 and buy one to hold for a long term investment every year at a very minimum.

Good to hear from you. I have a brother who's a real estate agent and investor over in Somersworth. He comes across pretty good deals from time to time. We should get together sometime and talk. My regular job is in sales and I'm in Dover area all the time. I can be pretty flexible.
