Any Answer Is Appreciated!!

I did searches on many of these, and either found related info but not exactly what I wanted, or nothing.

First, I've been disputing all of my inaccuracies to the CRAs... And often, my letter would say, "This account was included in Bankruptcy, therefore should have no balance." I regret this wording now (it was before discovering this board), because I'm wondering, if I were to try to use the "NOT MINE" letters, is it already set in stone in their records that I have already admitted that this bankruptcy is mine?

Second, when looking for mistakes, often at the month of my bankruptcy, or even several months AFTER the bankruptcy, the creditor listed my account as a Charge Off (CO). But, when doing my forum searches, I think I'm understanding that this is being reported wrong. Correct me if otherwise. Should these creditors NOT be reporting the account as CO and instead just stop reporting me as late??

Third, I'm tired of trying to get the CRAs to correct my info, so I'm going to start writing the creditors. But, I have no records of my old credit cards. The only account # info I have is from the credit report (which is usually something like xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx6123). I'm assuming that that's enough info for them to ID me along with my name and SSN. However, how on earth do I find their addresses to dispute the information? Can I get that info from the Credit Reporting Agencies?

Thanks guys...
-Mike

None mine, not valid seem preferable to discharged
Second, when looking for mistakes, often at the month of my bankruptcy, or even several months AFTER

If an unsecured credit eats it from a bankruptcy are they able to report that as a CO? It's not late, they're never going to see that money.

At the bottom of the credit report it should have contact numbers for all the creditor.

You can call them, and in general give your SSN and they'll find the account.
