Closing cost specifics?
Could anyone please give me a list of closing costs specifics? I would like to get into owner financing, and want to know exactly what could be involved in the closing costs once the contract is complete and the property is paid for in full. Thank you button button@arkwest.com

You may want to look over what's called a HUD-1 Settlement Statement. It's a net sheet that outlines the closing cost specifics and who gets what at closing. You can review the document, but each title company charges different prices. You should ask a title company or closing agent to help you estimate the costs using the settlement statement.
