Cash Flow: The Entire Picture
Hi, I'm about to look at a deal where the list price is about 190-200k. Total rents are $2800. Taxes about $4000/yr. Heat is 150-200 a month. I still need to get water amount. Is this a good deal? One unit is Section 8. He says comps are $240, but recent sales say avg homes have gone for avg 100-110k. This is a 3 fam. What other exp do I need to factor in. Should I even consider this? Thanks!
