2020-2021 Invoices are Out and July Update
Invoices were sent out last month. We have received several payments. If you haven't already paid your dues, please do so as we need the needed revenue to continue to improve the Cardinal common grounds.
We have moved to an ad-hoc model of grass cutting in the front as we simply can't afford to have it cut each week. Mark from Green with Envy Turf has been gracious enough to provide us with weed control so that the cutting maintenance can be reduced. Please thank him if you see him in the neighborhood.
In other updates, the end of Sagamore has been handled nicely by some of the neighbors and if you haven't been to the end of Sagamore, please do. They have turned the large culdesac into a small park. The neighbors have done a wonderful job over and above what the CRA could assist with. Thank you for your help.
