Buying Out A Second
We have a deal we need some input on here goes. Worth 155K 1st 129K 2nd 15K 1st is four months behind We would reinstate the first and buyout the second, which is 7 months behind. Should get a good deal on the second. The only problem is the first and second are held by the same company. Has anyone ever tried this with in the same Mortgage company. Thanks Sire
