Subdivision Funding
I have an opportunity to buy some raw land for development of 21 house lots. The idea is to put in roads and utilities, sell off a majority of the lots while building spec homes on the remaining lots. My Issue is money, where to get backing for the project. Estimated needs are around 1.5 to 2 Million. This is the first time I have attempted something like this. I would appreciate any suggestions or info that anyone has.
