Sub-Division Question
Hello everyone, I'm currently buying homes low and selling them for a profit, but I want to get into something else like building a sub-division. I've looked all over the net and book stores, but I can't find anything on sub-divisions. Does anybody know the steps I have to take to start a sub-division? Thanks in advance!!

search through this forum and read the advice in it. Go find the thread that was here about a month ago discussing tips for new developers...it had a lot of info in it.
