Property Is Now In UGA, But For How Long?

I purchased 14 acres of land in Napavine WA. Fast growing community. 2 months ago it entered into the city UGA. How long is land in a UGA before it is in the city limits? As of now am I considered city or county? I have some dirt work to do on the property and wanted to get it done before I was annexed in.

    I would say this is a state/local matter. Ask the city/county/land use atty.
