Need Mentor For Development!
I would like to get into Real-Estate Development. I would aslo like to find a Mentor that I can work for Part-time, in exchange for knowledge. Any suggestions as far as a career path toward this goal would be helpful also.

I am a realtively new developer. Three projects currently. 56 unit complex in Cape Coral. 24 unit complex in Punta Gorda. Strip Mall in Punta Gorda. Have two more on the way. The residential is all condos. I love it. Am also a broker and sell precontruction condos.
G, What route did you take to become a developer? I am not really considering getting a RE license but My wife is, I want to be a residential investor and work my way into Development. Any suggestions?
