Need An Example Of A Proposal
A friend wants to put together an aquisition and development proposal for an investor. The problem I am having is that it needs to be in the abstract because they do not have a specific project in mind.
Anyone have an example af anthing similar that they are willing to share?

You might try a copy of a book entitled "The Appraisal of Real Estate." The book is published by the Appraisal Institute.
The book is the guiding document for the appraisal industry. It contains examples for topics like income and cost - both of which are of interest to investors.
Your local public library ought to have a copy of the book. You also might find one on eBay.
