Florida DRI
Can someone enlighten me on Florida's DRIs? Especially how they work in practice? Say if a property has a DRI approval for a hotel, for example. Do you still have to jump thru hoops to actually get a hotel built?

All the "official" words. What I'm looking for is actual "in practice" stuff. Perhaps no Florida developers have done something that required this?
