Multifamily/commerical
I have been involved in single family development for some time now and want to expand my horizons. I am considering a move to multifamily or commercial income investment. Realizing that returns are largely influenced by cap rates, which field would be more profitable to spend my time on? Other than operating issues, is there a specialty that is clearly a better long term investment than another? Thanks for all your suggestions.
