Financing Two Houses On One Lot Zoned Single Family

I cannot find a lender that will finance two 700 sq ft. houses on one lot zoned single family but grandfathered in. I have excellent credit but need a 95% investor loan.

    how are you going to sell two different houses on one lot?? 700 sq. ft.?? Are you talking abou building 2 garden sheds maybe?

    Please explain some more....
